О фильме: В новом сезоне Кулыгин и его коллеги столкнутся с рядом проблем, главная из которых – спасение подстанции, ведь земля, на которой она стоит, теперь принадлежит жёсткому бизнесмену Игнатову. Ушаков с Родниной заняты решением бытовых вопросов с жильём, а Ломагин вовсю увлечён врачебными мемуарами. Однако, как бы ни складывались личные жизни героев, им по-прежнему нужно выполнять свою работу. Их ждут пациенты, которые верят и надеются, что скорая им поможет.
