О фильме: Харизматичный и самовлюблённый артист и шоумен приезжает в небольшой городок, чтобы стать лицом рекламной кампании банка своего друга, самого влиятельного человека города Аркадия Шмакова. Его встречают фанфары и громкие речи, но пышный праздник оборачивается громким криминальным делом: банк захватывают, хозяина ранят, а артиста объявляют главным подозреваемым. Расследование берёт в свои руки Надежда - майор полиции и, по совместительству, будущая мать. Она приступает к делу на девятом месяце беременности. Начальник местной полиции не очень рад возвращению Надежды в строй и всячески пытается отстранить её от расследования. Чтобы докопаться до правды, артисту и Надежде придётся объединить усилия, невзирая на личные страхи и обстоятельства
