О фильме: Главный герой детектива – заведующий отделением травматологии Александр Филиппов. Вместе с супругой он попал в автомобильную аварию. Жена погибла, а он приобрел особенность – перестал спать, за что коллеги прозвали его Филином. С помощью своей команды медработников и полицейских он раскрывает преступление за преступлением. В третьем сезоне тяга к загадкам сыграла с Филином злую шутку. Его застали на месте убийства с оружием в руках. Капитан Козин уверен в виновности доктора, ведь на него указывают все улики. Даже влюбленная в Алексея Геннадьевича оперативник Громова предполагает, что он мог убить, находясь в анабиозе из-за недостатка сна. Филину ничего не остается, как самостоятельно найти настоящего преступника. В новом сезоне доктор Филиппов станет намного счастливее и даже влюбится. В отношениях Захаровой и майора Козина тоже произойдут изменения. А еще они станут свидетелями преступления. Доктор Черных по-прежнему будет влюбляться в пациенток, но безуспешно. Бублику станут давать более серьезные поручения.
